Woah, that was not what I had been expecting!
Queen of Hearts is not your average Alice in Wonderland story. There are twists and dark turns around every corner. Though it took me a few chapters to really get into the story but once it caught my interest, it was hard to put down.
I felt the MC could have been a little more mature considering her upbringing and future responsibilities and I was also left with unanswered questions but I'm hoping the sequel will take care of that.
I really appreciate the author taking this world and giving it such a unique retelling. I look forward to reading the sequel and finding out more about our MC's journey.
