Shift (Shade, #2) By Jeri Smith-Ready Review

Aura’s life is anything but easy. Her boyfriend, Logan, died, and his slides between ghost and shade have left her reeling. Aura knows he needs her now more than ever. She loves Logan, but she can’t deny her connection with the totally supportive, totally gorgeous Zachary. And she’s not sure that she wants to.

Logan and Zachary will fight to be the one by her side, but Aura needs them both to uncover the mystery of her past—the mystery of the Shift.

As Aura’s search uncovers new truths, she must decide whom to trust with her secrets…and her heart.

I'd say this book was more attention grabbing then the first one in the series. Shift starts where Shade left off....i.e Logan turning solid!! This book also includes some massive shockers which you will definetly not see coming. I loved the mystery & advertures this book involves.

In Shift we get to explore more of the relationships between many different characters whether they were friendly or romantic. Zachary was again his charmimg , understanding & honest self. Again he made me swoon. It was interesting to see how much one life really can affects others.

Logan will truly be missed since he finally passed on in this book & was one of my favorite characters. He for sure made me cry and made me curse the author for killing him off. I still cant get over how tragic his death was for everyone especially everything he & Aura could have had but cant.

Overall, the book was really good & definetly recommended to everyone who enjoys a fine supernatural read.
